Lisa Druxman is the founder of FIT4MOM, the country's largest fitness program for moms. With classes like Fit4Baby, Stroller Strides and Body Back, they offer fitness for every stage of motherhood. Lisa Druxman is a mom on a mission to raise healthy kids in a healthy world. A respected speaker and author, Druxman earned her Master's degree at San Diego State University in psychology with an emphasis in exercise adherence and weight control. She created the weight management program, L.E.A.N. Mommy® (Learn Eating Awareness and Nutrition) which is also the name of her book, by Hachette Books.
A noted authority on pre / postnatal fitness, Druxman has presented at national and world conferences, and is certified as a Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, and Provider of Continuing Education through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). Lisa also sits on the advisory board for Fit Pregnancy magazine and Pregnancy Awareness Month.
A well-published author, winning an APEX journalism award for her fitness articles, Druxman is the exclusive writer for Entrepreneur’s online Mompreneur column. Recognizing her entrepreneurship, Druxman has also been nominated for and received numerous honors from organizations such as the National Association of Women Business Owners for her unique and successful business.
